Cold mornings, crowded streets, hot 2 go coffees are just some of the best things in big cities. I moved to Bucharest with half of my heart being frozen and my thoughts all over the place. It was hard for me to wrap my head around the fact that I won't be studying in The UK this year, but as time passes by, I'm getting more used to the idea that at a certain point I will cut that off my bucket list. In the meantime, I'm simply going to enjoy this ride.
Luckily, Bucharest has some incredible places to see, people to meet and good vibes to share. Its architecture is fascinating, mixing old and new, underground and luxurious in a very interesting way. I haven't yet got the chance to explore all of its areas, but from what I've seen street fashion is usually more inspirational downtown. I live in this particular zone, which made it easy to notice that people are less judgmental around here than in other parts that I've been to, probably because it is more of a intercultural space. Here, and in the malls; people in the malls are confident consumers who are ready to spend their money for an upgraded image of themselves, meaning that they have no time to look at you and criticize.
Now long story short, I've become pretty excited about what this city has to offer and aim at making the best out of it. I can't wait to share impressions and pretty pics! Bear with me and let's get through this ugly (read rainy) period of the year together. ❣️
P.S. I'm not the one to spam or anything but I would really appreciate it if you followed the link below and gave me the vote you think my outfit deserves. All love!
